How to this Valium
- Use Valium exactly as directed on the label, unless instructed differently by your doctor
- Valium can be taken with or without food, REGARDLESS of meal times. If stomach upset occurs, take with food.
- DO NOT TAKE WITH ANTACIDS; if antacids are required, delay administration by two hours.
- DO NOT EXCEED recommended dosage; excessive use may lead to adverse effects or loss of effectiveness. Do not adjust the dose unless instructed.
- Do not DISCONTINUE Valium ABRUPTLY if therapy has lasted more than a few weeks. Consult physician.
Valium Missed Dose
Take when remembered unless time for next dose. No double doses.
Valium Storage
Keep in original closed container in a dark, cool, and dry place away from children. Discard unneeded medicine.

* Valium is contradicted for use during pregnancy. CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY IF PREGNANT or intend to become pregnant.
* Valium may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or blurred vision. DO NOT drive or operate machinery until you become familiar with its effects.
* AVOID concurrent use of alcohol or other CNS depressants as it may intensify the drowsiness, dizziness, or lightheadedness effect of Valium.
* Because of INTERACTION with other drugs, report the use of any other prescription and nonprescription medicines to your doctor.
